Common problems
MyAnimeList login ends on a "404" page
Close the browser tab and return to Miki, then try Link account again. If it keeps happening, update Miki and your browser, and email us.
Something says "couldn't load" or looks stuck
Check your connection and pull down to refresh. Right after an update Miki's server can take a moment to wake up - give it a minute and try again.
A Short won't play or the screen is black
Some owners turn off embedding and some videos get removed - Miki skips those. Swipe to the next one or pull down to refresh. If many fail, update Android System WebView and Chrome in Google Play and reopen Miki.
No episode alerts
Make sure notifications are allowed for Miki in Android settings, then check Settings > My Alerts to see which shows you're following.
Delete your data
Most things you can delete yourself, in the app:
- AI chat history - tap the bin icon in AI Chat.
- Community posts and comments - open your post and choose Delete.
- Your MyAnimeList link - Settings > MyAnimeList Account > Unlink (removes the sign-in token from your phone).
- Everything on your phone - Android Settings > Apps > Miki > Storage > Clear data.
To have everything we keep about you on our server deleted (chat history, check-in and quiz counters, your custom profile picture, and Community posts), email [email protected] and tell us your MyAnimeList username (so we can find your records) and, for Community posts, the display name you used. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours before deleting anything, so nobody can delete someone else's data. We'll confirm when it's done. Your MyAnimeList account itself is managed at MyAnimeList.

Report something inappropriate
See a post, comment or AI-generated picture that shouldn't be there? Use Report from its menu in the app, or email us with details. You can also hide any author in Community so you won't see their posts.
